With beautiful illustrations in shades of green, white and red, this book is like a cross between The Velveteen Rabbit and The Little Match 's not only timeless, but very evocative of the holidays in a /5. Loved this story. At first it was twisted up when each chapter switched between Holly and Ivy. But when they got together after Holly got lost the story just moved along quite nicely. I enjoyed this story as well as I have many of the other books I have listened to.
